3. Use of the Platform

Aniseed allows users to generate branded, animated video ads by submitting website URLs, text prompts, and other content. When you use Aniseed, you grant us permission to:

• Extract visual and branding assets (e.g. logos, colors, copy, images) from submitted URLs.
• Use your inputs to generate video ad content via AI.
• Temporarily store and display this generated content for your review, editing, and export.

All AI-generated content is for your personal or business use and subject to the following conditions.

You may not:

• Re-sell or distribute content created by Aniseed without proper attribution or license.
• Use Aniseed to create misleading, harmful, or unlawful ads.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with our AI systems or content-generation workflows.

4. Intellectual Property

All underlying code, features, design templates, and generated video structures remain the property of Aniseed or its licensors. You retain ownership of your original content (e.g., logos or text), while Aniseed maintains the rights to the tools and AI processes used to generate outputs.

Generated video ads may be downloaded and used for marketing purposes, provided your use complies with these Terms.

5. Account Access & Confidentiality

You may be given access credentials to use Aniseed. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. We may suspend or terminate your access if we detect unauthorized activity or misuse.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Aniseed in any way that may disrupt the platform, harm other users, or violate any applicable laws.
• Upload or submit material that is infringing, offensive, or unlawful.
• Scrape, extract, or attempt to replicate Aniseed’s systems or datasets.

7. User Content

You may upload or submit brand assets, text prompts, and other content. You retain all rights to your submitted content, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and generate ads based on this input, solely for the purpose of providing the Aniseed service.

Your content must not infringe on the rights of others or violate any laws.

8. Integration & Third-Party Services

Aniseed may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Meta, Google Drive) for exporting, posting, or publishing content. By using such features, you also agree to those platforms’ terms of service.

9. Termination & Revocation

You may stop using Aniseed at any time. We reserve the right to terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the platform in a way that we believe is harmful or unlawful.

If you’ve connected third-party services (e.g., Google), you can revoke access at any time via your account settings on that third-party platform.
